ABAC 7.3.6.1 -- Office of Student Accounts

The Office of Student Accounts is responsible for billing, control, and custodianship of institution receivables and related records.  This office performs functions directly related to the student’s account including fee assessment, comprehensive waivers, collection of payments, financial aid refunds, tax documentation, and student and third-party billing.  All these duties are to provide students with accurate and timely financial information courteously and in accordance with departmental, institutional, state and federal regulations.
