ABAC 5.4.8 -- Arts Connection

The mission of ABAC’s Arts Connection is to make the arts available, accessible, and affordable to people of all ages and from all walks of life in a multi-county area of rural South Georgia. Through a network of community-based arts agencies, the AC develops performances, exhibits, arts festivals, artists-in-residence, public art projects, arts in the schools, and programs for at-risk youth. The AC also helps communities design arts facilities and restore historic buildings as cultural centers. The Arts Connection functions under the leadership of the Vice President for External Affairs and Advancement.
