ABAC 6.3.3 -- Assignment of Rights and Responsibilities

Assignment of Intellectual Property shall be by and for the ABAC Advancement Foundation, Inc., ABAC 13, 2802 Moore Highway, Tifton, GA 31793. Determinations of rights and equities in intellectual properties as defined by Section 6.3.3 policy of the University System of Georgia Board of Regents include sponsor-supported efforts, institutional-assigned efforts, institution-assisted individual effort, individual effort, and other efforts.
