The ABAC Intellectual Property Committee is a Standing Committee of the College. It is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the President. Committee members shall be reappointed annually during the regular practice of populating committees before the start of the new academic year.
The ABAC Intellectual Property Committee shall consist of no fewer than three (3) and no more than nine (9) members, one of whom shall be designated by the President to serve as chair. The Committee shall include a representative of the Offices of the Vice President for Finance and Operations and the Vice President for External Affairs. The committee shall meet as necessary, and shall act in an advisory capacity to the President or his/her designee.
